At Band of Riders, we wish the total satisfaction of our customers so we are committed through this warranty.

We take great care in the quality of our products, from the choice of fabric to the final production.

Because we have the right to be wrong choosing size or not being satisfied with the product, We consent to exchange your product or refund your order according to the conditions of sale of the site.

You have seven days from receipt (date recorded by Colissimo) to obtain warranty satisfaction.

The conditions for exchange and refund are those specified in the general conditions of sale. The return postage is nevertheless at your expense.

We will reship the product free of substitution.


IMPORTANT: we resume only the products in their original packaging, still equipped with their warranty label (hangtag). They must not have been worn and must be in perfect condition.
